How long will it take for my products to arrive once I ordered?
Apparel Items (T-shirts, Hoodies & Tank Tops): Your order will probably arrive in a week or less after you ordered but it can take up to 16 days. Our products are shipped within 2-8 Days after you ordered, using DHL, from our centrally-located warehouse in California. It will take between 2-8 additional days for the products to arrive to your doorstep.
Other items: For other items, it usually takes 2 weeks or less, but it can take up to 40 days for the products to arrive at your doorstep. It depends on a lot of factors, including: availability, demand and period of the year (during holidays, there might be delays).
Do you ship internationally?
No, we only ship in the United States of America.
How do I track my package?
The items are shipped through DHL SmartMail Parcel from our warehouse in California and can be tracked on our “Track order” page or on DHL’s website.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay on our website with PayPal or with your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, UnionPay).
Can I pay through cash, check or money order?
Sorry, but no.
Can I order through phone?
How do I exchange a product I bought?
If the product is still new (unworn and unwashed) and it hasn’t been more than 30 days since you received the product, you can send it back to us and we will exchange it or refund you. Please contact us before sending any products back.
I received a defective product, what should I do?
Even though we have an advanced quality checking system, sometimes mistakes/errors happen. We are sorry for the inconvenience, please contact us as fast as possible, provide some pictures and a clear description of the issue and we will send you a new product.
How can I make a change to an order?
Once an order is placed, we automatically send it to production and no further changes can be made.
Why didn’t I received a confirmation e-mail?
Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it there you can contact us and we can confirm that the order was placed.
